MICHAELA SMITS CARDINALL
Maureen Michaela Smits Cardinal was born on September 13, 1952 in Watertown, New York. She graduated from West Genesee High School in 1970. Michaela worked in various fields before becoming a partner of Neugent Income Tax Service in 1991. She worked there until her battle with breast cancer made it an impossibility. She lost that battle. Michaela died on February 5, 2001.
She is survived by her husband of sixteen years, Vincent Cardinal; her parents, George and Sally Smits of Camillus; brothers Patrick of Laguna Hills, California and Michael of Camillus, and her sisters Jenny Gettino and Lisa Smits of Camillus, Stephanie Scheirer of Syracuse, and Katrina Smits of Tucson, Arizona. Michaela, we miss you.
